Karpaz Villas build to UK standards using only high quality materials and local builders with years of experience in northern Cyprus.

The completed complex comes included with individual title deeds, electricity and mains water connected. The gated residence also comes with newly landscaped gardens and  driveways. The 2 buildings consist of 4 maisonettes each with their own balcony.
